Junibear Exchange and Refund Policy:
At Junibear, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchanges:
- We gladly accept exchanges for unworn and unwashed items within 7 business days of delivery.
- All tags must be attached, and the original invoice must be included.
- Exchanges are only offered for a different size or color of the same item.
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Simply contact our friendly customer service team by email or phone.
- We’ll schedule a pick-up for the item within 5-7 business days.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes a quality check, we’ll ship the new size or color to you.
Please Note:
- We do not offer returns for a full refund.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Exchanges are only offered within 7 business days of delivery.
- Free products or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or the wrong product, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to “My Account.”
- Request an exchange for the correct item.
- We’ll pick up the item within 2-4 business days.
- Once we receive the item in its original packaging with all labels and barcodes intact, we’ll ship the correct item to you.
