At Junibear, we know how excited you are to get your little explorer’s new clothes! That’s why we’ve made our shipping process super easy and convenient.
Here’s what you need to know:

We Partner with the Best: We work with trusted delivery companies to get your order to you quickly and safely. You’ll find out which company is delivering your package when you place your order.
Not Sure We Deliver to You Yet? We’re growing fast, but right now we only deliver to certain areas. You can check if we deliver to your pin code during checkout.
Stay in the Loop: Signing up for an account isn’t just for keeping track of your orders (although that’s pretty handy too!). It also ensures you get updates about new arrivals and exciting promotions. We promise not to spam you!

Accurate Info is Key: Double-check your shipping details before placing your order, especially landmarks or any additional instructions that might help the delivery person find your doorstep. We’ll try to deliver your order up to 3 times, but if we can’t reach you, we might have to cancel it.
Life Happens, Sometimes Delays Happen Too: We do our best to get your order to you within 5-7 business days, but sometimes unexpected things come up. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.
Respectful Deliveries: We expect our delivery partners to be professional. If you have any issues with their behavior, please let us know.
Track Your Package: Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking ID so you can follow your Junibear adventure every step of the way!

Shipping Costs:
All Prepaid orders get free shipping!
Cash On Delivery (COD) have have a small shipping fee of Rs. 89.
